Mt Hood is amazing!

We are planning a day of play on Mt Hood.  The activity options will vary depending upon age and interest but there will be something for everyone.  Sledding for the kids and adults who still love life, cross-country skiing, snow shoeing, watching the mountain.

We will rent gear from a local outfitter if you want and/or need skis or snow-shoes (about $15 fro the weekend).  If you want to snow shoe or nordic ski but you have kids - you can do that.  We will be able to rent a sled that is specifically designed to pull along behind you (complete with canvas cover like a bike trailer).

If you don't want to spend money sledding is cheap.

Invite some friends and neighbors, find your warm and winter clothes and get ready for the mountain.
