Recently, pastor and theologian John Stott passed away after decades of faithful and fruitful ministry. His reflection on Scripture is always thoughtful and challenging, and this is especially so when it comes to the topic of singleness. Too often, Christians will look at being single a marker of some social deficiency, yet this is not how Scripture looks at being single - at all.
