Ash Wednesday begins our season of Lent - 40 days of fasting & 6 days of feasting - leading up to Easter and our celebration of Christ's resurrection. This is a time for reflection, prayer, and service, as we consider Jesus' suffering for us, and the call to deny our own comforts and ease in the course of following him.
